Motion to authorize the City Manager to execute all documents necessary to release
claims concerning the New Broadway Waste Water Treatment Plant Aeration Basins and
Clarifiers but reserving other claims in City of Corpus Christi v. Carollo Engineers, P.C., in
exchange for $1.65 million to the City.
At a meeting of the City Council on 12/14/2021, this E -Session Item was passed after executive
session.
