Motion approving supply agreements for herbicides and related products in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0231-90 with the following cc~panies
for the following amounts based on low bid. The term of the agreements
shall be for twelve months with an option to extend for up to an additional
twelve months subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager
or his designee. ~T~se products will be used by various departments
throughout the City. Funds have been budgeted.
