Motion approving a supply agreement for custodial service with Corpus
Christi Janitorial Service in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0155-90
based on low bid meeting specifications for an annual expenditure of
$75,480. ~ne term of the contract shall be twelve months with an option to
extend for up to an additional twelve months subject to the approval of the
supplier and the City Manager or his designee. The custodial service will
include the cleaning of the City Hall and the Service Center Buildings.
