Motion authorizing a one-year supply agreement, with an additional one-year option with
Polydyne Inc. of Riceboro, Georgia for an estimated amount of $963,000.00, with an
estimated potential amount not to exceed $2,016,000.00 if the option period is exercised
for the purchase of Liquid Cationic Polymer to be used for treatment of potable drinking
water process at the O.N. Stevens Water Treatment Plant, with FY 2022 funding in an
estimated amount of $750,000.00 available through the Water Fund.
At a meeting of the City Council on 1/25/2022, this Motion was passed.

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly
authorized representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that
the money required for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation
or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from
which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments
are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
