BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager of designee is authorized to execute an amendment of
the current contract with Sinister, LLC to reduce the monthly rate rent rate of $300 to
$100 for the first option year of the city owned property located at 1401 Leopard Street
for a parking lot.
