Motion authorizing Amendment No. 2 to Supply Agreement No. 1903 with Chemtrade
Chemicals US, LLC. with local plant in Odem, TX, for the continued purchase of liquid
aluminum sulfate solution for the Utilities Department and to amend the unit price for
liquid aluminum from $103.00 per ton to $124.00 per ton and increase the total contract
amount by $365,400.00 due to this higher cost per ton, with funding available in the
amount of $213,150.00 in the FY 2022 Water Fund.
At a meeting of the City Council on 2/8/2022, this Motion was passed.

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly
authorized representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that
the money required for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation
or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from
which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments
are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
