FY 2021 to $200,197 in FY 2022 and $175,697 in FY 2023 for air quality monitoring
service and extending the period of performance to December 31, 2023, with
funding available in the No. 1071 Community Enrichment Grant Fund.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute an amendment to
the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Texas A&M University -Corpus Christi to
increase the reimbursement from $150,499 in FY 2021 to $200,197 in FY 2022 and
$175,697 in FY 2023 for air quality monitoring service and extending the period of
performance to December 31, 2023 ,with funding available in the No. 1071 Community
Enrichment Grant Fund. A copy of the agreement is on file in the Office of the City
Secretary.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.

or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from
which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments
are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
