Motion authorizing Amendment No. 3 to a professional services contract with Hazen and
Sawyer, Corpus Christi, TX, to provide design, bid, and construction phase services for
the Greenwood Wastewater Treatment Plant Dissolved Air Flotation Unit Rehabilitation &
Odor Control in an amount of $3,214,130.00 for a total contract value not to exceed
$3,875,930.00, located in Council District 3, with FY 2022 funding available from
Wastewater Capital Fund.
At a meeting of the City Council on 2/22/2022, this Motion was passed.

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that the money required
for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described
below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
