Motion approving the application by the NAACP to hold the Juneteenth
Celebration on June 16 - 17, 1990, and approving the closing of the
following street sections during the event:
a. West side of North Shoreline Boulevard, between
Hughes Street and Fitzgerald Street.
b. Resaca Street, east one-half, between North
Shoreline Boulevard and Water Street.
