Motion awarding an amendment to a contract with Hazen and Sawyer for design and
preparation of construction documents and related construction phase services to
replace the chlorine gas system with an on-site sodium hypochlorite generation (OSG)
feed system and a backup bulk sodium hypochlorite delivery feed system for the O.N.
Stevens Water Treatment Plant (ONSWTP) in the amount of $3,454,000, for a total
restated fee not to exceed $4,417,600 located in City Council District 1, with FY 2022
funding available from Water Capital Fund.
At a meeting of the City Council on 3/8/2022, this Motion was passed.

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that the money required
for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described
below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
