Motion authorizing a two-year supply agreement, with two one-year options with
International Dioxcide Inc. of North Kingstown, Rhode Island for the purchase of 25%
Sodium Chlorite Solution for an amount not to exceed $1,452,000.00 for the initial 2
years and a potential amount not to exceed $3,353,250.00 for a four-year term which
includes a 3% increase each option year if the option periods are exercised, with FY
2022 funding of $363,000.00 available from the Water Fund.
At a meeting of the City Council on 3/29/2022, this Motion was passed.

1, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly
authorized representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that
the money required for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation
or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from
which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments
are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
