BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a five-year lease, with one five-year
renewal option, with NavyArmy Community Credit Union to provide two automatic teller machines
(ATMs) in the terminal at the Corpus Christi International Airport in exchange for a total payment
of $1,000 monthly ($500 per ATM). A fully -executed copy of the lease will be placed on file with
the Office of the City Secretary.
The foregoing ordinance was read for the first time and passed to its second reading on this the
