Wastewater Services frc~ M~SI, Inc., Dallas, TX, for the total amount of
$15,580 based on lc~ bid meeting specifications in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. BI-0262-90. ~ne units were b~dgeted in the 1989-90 Capital
Outlay as replacement equila~ent and are within budget.
