Motion to authorize execution of the first amendment to the Professional Services
Agreement with Maria Gomez Molina, PE to provide consulting services as Acting
Director of the City's Public Works Department increasing the contract by up to $75,000
and increasing the term by 90 days, with an option for an additional 60 days up to
$50,000, with FY 2022 funding available in the Streets Fund and Storm Water Fund.
At a meeting of the City Council on 4/26/2022, this Motion was passed.

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that the money required
for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described
below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
