Professional Services, Inc., for the design, bid, and construction phase services for the
off-site drainage ditch improvements on North Lexington Boulevard from Leopard Street
to Hopkins Road in the amount of$170,470.25, for a total contract value not to exceed
$602,448.25, located in City Council District 1, with funds available from the FY 2022
Stormwater Funds.

below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
