no tax increase, create categories in which to allocate the funding, and approve
guiding principles for said bond.
Whereas, City is proposing a $125 million Bond 2022 program with no property
tax rate increase.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi,
Texas:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized and directed to proceed with a
2022 Bond Program.
