Green Infrastructure project, totaling $4,751,000.00, and increasing
expenditures; and appropriating $4,751,000 of loan proceeds from the
Texas Water Development Board into the Storm Water CIP
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
Section 1. The Capital Budget for fiscal year 2021-2022 (FY 2022), adopted by
Ordinance No. 032540, is amended by adding the planning and design of the Oso Creek
Channel Bottom and Green Infrastructure project totaling $4,751,000.00 and increasing
expenditures by the same amount.
Section 2. Proceeds of a loan from the Texas Water Development Board in the amount
of$4,751,000.00 are appropriated in the No. 4535 Storm Water 2022A TWDB CIP Fund
for this project.

For the reasons set forth in the emergency clause of the foregoing ordinance, an
emergency exists requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting
upon ordinances at two regular meetings: I/we, therefore, request that you suspend said
Charter rule and pass this ordinance finally on the date it is introduced or at the present
meeting of the City Council.
