Motion authorizing an Amendment No. 1 to the cost-share agreement with the U.S. Army
Corps of Engineers to complete the feasibility portion for riverbank erosion control
related to the Mary Rhodes Pipeline Phase 2 System Improvements project, located in
the vicinity of the Mary Rhodes Pump Station in Matagorda County, in an amount of
$82,500.00, for a total contract value not to exceed $175,000, with FY 2022 funding
available from the Water Capital Fund.
At a meeting of the City Council on 5/24/2022, this Motion was passed.

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that the money required
for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described
below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
