Governor's Homeland Security Grants Division for the Operation Stonegarden
• Program in the amount of$216,799.99; and appropriating $216,799.99 in the Police
Grants Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept a grant from the State of Texas Governor's Homeland Security Grant
Division in the amount of$216,799.99 for Operation Stonegarden.
SECTION 2. That $216,799.99 from the State of Texas Homeland Security Grants
Division is appropriated in the No. 1061 Police Grants Fund.
SECTION 3. There is no City cash match or in-kind services for acceptance of the grant.
SECTION 4. In the event of the loss or misuse of these funds, the City of Corpus Christi
assures that the funds will be returned to the State of Texas, Office of the Governor, in
full.
