("PID") Application Fees totaling $30,000.00 received for two PID
applications submitted during the fiscal year; and amending the
operating budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Public Improvement District Application fees received from Diamond Beach
Holdings, LLC and Axys Capital Credit Fund, LLC in the total amount of $30,000.00 are
accepted.
SECTION 2. That $30,000.00 is appropriated in the General Fund No. 1020 for public
improvement district application fees.
SECTION 3. The FY2021-22 Operating Budget adopted by Ordinance No. 032539 is
amended to increase revenues and expenditures by $30,000.00.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance takes effect upon approval by City Council.
That the foregoing ordinance was read for the first time and passed to its second
reading on this the '!7P' day of , 2022, by the following vote:
