Motion approving a supply agreement for muffler repair service in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0300-90 with Shaffer's Muffler Shop,
Corpus Christi, Texas based on total low bid for an estimated annual
expenditure of $11,993. ~ term of the contract shall be twelve months
with option to extend for up to an additional twelve months subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. This
service will be administered by the Maintenance Service Department and
funds have been requested for FY 90-91.
