Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Centel
Cc~cations Systems for $325,284.40 for two new telephone systen~s and
maintenance. These systems will provide: (1) tele~mhone service for the
new Police Headc~. ,afters, and (2) telephone service to the new
Water/Wastewater Building and censolidate existing service at the Service
Center. This price includes four years of maintenance beyond the normal
one-year warranty. The equipment will be financed on a five-year lease
purchase plan at 7.95 percent per ann~n.
