Motion approving a supply agreement for laboratory testing of wastewater
samples in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0348-90 with NUS
Corporation, Houston, Texas, for an estimated annual expenditure of
$22,400.00 based on low bid. ~ne term of the agreement shall be for twelve
months with an option to extend for up to an additional twelve months
subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his
designee. This service will be used by the Wastew~ter Department. Funds
were approved in the FY 90-91 budget.
