Aviation LLC for aviation office space, apron area and vehicular parking
area at the Corpus Christi International Airport.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a month -to -month
lease agreement with Al Dodds Aviation LLC for land and improvements at the Corpus Christi
International Airport for up to a three-year term for the purpose of facilitating Lessee's
aeronautical services and in consideration of the payment of monthly rental fees, payment of
utilities and insurance premiums and upkeep of the leased premises. as stated in the lease.
SECTION 2. The lease agreement is effective upon approval of the City Council and
execution by the City Manager, or his designee.
The foregoing ordinance was read for the first time and passed to its second reading on this
