Motion approving a supply agreement for serial publication service in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0323-90 with Popular Subscription
Service, Terre Haute, Indiana on the basis of low bid for an estimated
annual e3~enditL~e of $16,830.12. The term of the agreement shall be for
twelve months with an option to extend for up to an additional twelve
months subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his
designee. This service will be used by the Library. Funds have been
budgeted in FY 1990-91.
