Motion authorizing a two-year service agreement with three additional one-year options
with Garner Environmental Services, Inc., of Deer Park, Texas, to secure required
equipment and services in the event of an emergency or disaster, through the General
Services Administration's Cooperative, in an amount up to $2,000,000.00, or an amount
not to exceed $5,000,000.00 if all options are exercised, subject to future appropriations.

which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments
