Motion approving the tax leuy for the City of Corpus C~risti for the tax
year 1990 in accordance with Section 26.09(e) of the Texas Property Tax
Code, which states that the assessor will suk~it the appraisal roll, with
the amount of tax entered, to the governing body for approval as the City's
Tax Roll.
