Motion authorizing a four -month service agreement with Synergy Construction of South
Texas, LLC., of Corpus Christi, Texas, for the installation of 14 replacement and 13 new
shade structure units in an amount not to exceed $111,375.00, with FY 2022 funding in

below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
