Council Member Martin moved to aocept the report of the Council Evaluation
Co~aittee on the municipal court judges; to increase judge salaries as noted
below; and to continue the cc~%m~ittee to provide oversight and act as a liaison
between the judges and the Council.
Judge Rudy Tamez - frc~ $48,865 to $49,200 effective J_nm~diately and frc~
$49,200 to $52,000 effective 10/1/90;
Judge Bill MDnkres fr~a $45,835 to $48,000 effective i~m~Liately and frc~
$48,000 to $50,000 effective approximately 10/1/90;
Judge Melene Dodson - frc~ $42,745 to $45,400 effective immediately and frc~
$45,400 to $48,500 effective 10/1/90;
Judge Nelda Rodriguez - frc~ $40,400 to $42,800 effective 9/6/90.
