Motion authorizing Amendment No. 1 to a professional services contract with Plummer
Associates, Inc. Corpus Christi, TX, to provide design, bid, and construction phase
services for the ONSWTP Filtration System Hydraulic Improvements in an amount of
$1,168,886 fora total contract value not to exceed $1,218,859, located in Council District
1, with FY 2022 funding available from Water Capital Fund.
At a meeting of the City Council on 9/20/2022, this Motion was passed.

below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
