Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration under
the Bridge Investment Program grant, for a total project cost of
approximately $3,700,000 with a 10% city cash match in the amount of
$370,000 and a 90% federal share in the amount of $3,330,000.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
The City Council ratifies submission of a grant application to the U.S. Department of
Transportation Federal Highway Administration under the Bridge Investment Program in
the amount of $3,330,000, with a cash match of $370,000 for a total project cost of
$3,700,000. Furthermore, the City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute all
documents necessary to accept, reject, modify, or terminate the grant, subject to
appropriation of the cash match.
