Motion authorizing the Staff to negotiate an amendment to the contract with
Naismith Engineers and HDR ~.,ngineering for services related to the Westside
Landfill closure plan and to negotiate a fee for the third phase of the
Solid Waste Manag~nent Study; and authorizing the City Manager to apply
jointly with the Coastal Bend Council of Gov~ts for a grant to develop
a Regional Solid Waste Disposal Plan.
