MDtion authorizing the city Manager to proceed with the actions required,
including obtaining the services of M.E. Allison & Co., Inc. as Financial
Advisor, McCall, Parkhurst & Horton as Bond Counsel and Dean Witter Capital
Markets and Texas Cc~m~_rce Bank as underwriters, to advance refund the
outstanding w~ter revenues bonds and the outstanding wastewater related
general in~rovement bonds. Approximately $60 million of refunding bonds
will be required to accomplish this.
