A quorum of the City Council may attend. If a quorum is present, this will be considered
an open, public meeting during the time a quorum is present. However, as a

take any Council action on any items discussed.

1. 22-1523 a. Proclamation declaring September 2022 as "Attendance Awareness
Month".
b. Proclamation declaring September 17, 2022 as "Operation K.E.Y.S,
Keeping Every Youth In School Day".
c. Commendation recognizing Samuel Loyd Neal, Jr for his legacy of
service and leadership to the City of Corpus Christi.
d. Commendation recognition of Halo Flight for 35 years of service to the
community.
