361-826-3105) at least 48 hours in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be
made.

A quorum of the City Council may attend. If a quorum is present, this will be considered
an open, public meeting during the time a quorum is present. However, as a
governmental body, the City Council will not vote, order, decide, deliberate, or otherwise
take any Council action on any items discussed.

1. 22-1647 a. Proclamation declaring September 24, 2022 as "Pinwheels Family Fun
Day in the Coastal Bend".
b. Proclamation declaring October 4, 2022 as "National Night Out".
c. Swearing -In Ceremony for Newly Appointed Board, Commission,
Committee and Corporation Members.
