service plan for the annexation of County Right of Way for sections
of County Roads 18 and 43, allowing for the annexation of the
Caroline Heights subdivision, by Cypress Point Capital, LLC.
WHEREAS, Nueces County has petitioned the City requesting annexation
of County Right of Way for sections of County Road 18 and 43 per Texas Local
Government Code §43.1055; and
WHEREAS, Texas Local Government Code §43.065 requires the City
Council to direct its planning department to prepare a service plan that provides
for the extension of full municipal services to the area to be annexed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Planning Department is directed to prepare a service plan that
provides for the extension of full municipal services to the area to be annexed pursuant
to Nueces County's petition for annexation of County Right of Way for sections of County
Road 18 and 43.
