Mx~tion authorizing execution of five-year lease purchase agre~nents by and
~ such ]mm~i~g c~L~anies as offered by the vendors in aocordance with
Bid Invitation No. BI-0388-90; and authorizing the Purchasing Agent to
instruments as required by the lease purchase agreements. The term of the
supply agreement shall be for twelve months with an option to extand for u~
to an additional twelve months subject to the approval of the supplier and
the City Manager or his designee. This furniture will be ~sed by the
Police Department and Municipal Court for the new facility at 120 N.
Chaparral.
