Motion authorizing the execution of a five-year Parking Space Lease
Agreement with Trudihouse, a Joint Venture, for 150 parking spaces located
at 221 So. Wa%er Street, c~u~ncing L~pon execution (January 22, 1991), ar~
approving monthly lease amounts of $1,500 per month for tb~ first two
years, $1,875 per month for the third year, $2,100 per month for the fourth
year, and $2,250 per month for the fifth year.
