Motion approving a supply agreement for Ortho Products in accordance with
Bid Invitation No. BI-0359-90 with Ortho Pharmaceutical Corp., Raritan, New
Jersey, based on sole source for an estimated annual expenditure of
$18,441.72. The term of the agreement shall be for
twelve months with an option to extend for up to an additional twelve
months subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Mar~ger or his
designee. These items will be used by the Health Department. Funds have
been budgeted for FY 90-91.
