Motion authorizing the purchase of two replacement Velocity aerial ladder fire trucks from
Siddons Martin Emergency Group, LLC., of Denton, Texas, through the BuyBoard
Cooperative, in an amount of $3,021,590.00, to be utilized by the Corpus Christi Fire
Department, with FY 2023 funding from the General Fund. (Requires 2/3 Vote)

the money required for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation
or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from
which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments
are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
