Del Mar College to provide Fire, Emergency Medical Services, and
other Public Safety related training and joint use of Del Mar College
facilities and equipment related to the Department training.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Agreement, in compliance with Chapter 791 of the Government Code, with Del Mar
College to provide public safety related training and joint use of facilities and equipment
for the Corpus Christi Fire Department.
