Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute agreements for l~horatory
Testing Services with SmithKline Beecham Chemical laboratories, Inc. of
Dallas, Texas as the sole source provider, for a one-year period with the
option to renew each agreement for two successive one-year terms. The
annual estimated cost for screening services, based on present utilization,
is $35,826.
