Motion approving a supply agreement for autc~notive and commercial batteries
in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0401-90 with Interstate Battery
System of C.C., Corpus Christi, Texas, based on low bid and low bid meeting
specifications for a total of $38,412.39. The term of the contract will be
twelve months with an option to extend for up to an additional twelve
months subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his
designee. These batteries will be used by Maintenance Services and the
Fire Department.
