Storm Uri in the amount of $249,869.40, with a local match of
$26,302.04, totaling $276,171.44 for the contract period February 19,
2021, through August 19, 2021.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept two Public Assistance Grants, resulting from the 2021 Winter Storm
Uri event, from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) / Texas Division of
Emergency Management (TDEM) in the amount of $249,869.40, with a local match of
$26,302.04, totaling $276,171.44 for the contract period February 19, 2021, through
August 19, 2021, to reimburse expenses in the following specified funds: General,
Wastewater, Storm Water, Streets, and Facilities Maintenance.
