Motion awarding a construction contract to Mako Contracting, Corpus Christi, Texas, for
reconstruction of Hearn Road from Callicoatte Road to Dead End with new asphalt
pavement, sidewalks and utility improvements, located in Council District 1, in an amount
of $5,411,934.01 with FY 2023 funding available from the Bond 2020 Proposition A,
Storm Water, Wastewater, and Water Capital Funds.

below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
