Motion directing the City Manager to put on the agenda an item to (a) revise the
scope of the pilot recycling project to investigate a trial of once a week
pic~ of garbage and c~ce a week pickup of recyclables, and (b) that no less
than 4 - preferably more - recycling collection points be opened within the next
two-month period; seconded by Oouncil Member Schwing; amended by Mayor Pro
Martin to ~]~o indicate the cost for implem~_nting the pro~m; Council Member
Moss and Sc~wing concurring with the ~t.
