Retention funds from Nueces County per the Amended Cooperative
Agreement for City -Operated Corpus Christi-Nueces County Public Health
District; and amending the FY2023 Operating Budget to increase revenue and
expenditures by $75,492.28.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
Section 1: The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Retention funds from Nueces County in the
amount of $75,492.28 are appropriated in General Fund 1020 and Fund 1049 to distribute said
funds to pay to the former County employees as additional, temporary premium pay.
Section 2. The FY2022-2023 Operating Budget adopted by Ordinance No. 032855 is
amended to increase revenues and expenditures by $75,492.28.
That the foregoing ordinance was read for the first time and passed to its second reading on this
