A quorum of the City Council may attend. If a quorum is present, this will be considered
an open, public meeting during the time a quorum is present. However, as a
governmental body, the City Council will not vote, order, decide, deliberate, or otherwise
take any Council action on any items discussed.

1. 23-0674 a) Proclamation declaring April 1-7, 2023, as "Week of the Young Child."
b) Proclamation declaring April 9-15, 2023, as "National Public Safety
Telecommunicators Week."
c) Proclamation declaring April 10-14, 2023, as "National Community
Development Week."
d) Commendation recognizing the Islanders Men's Basketball Team for
their third NCAA Tournament appearance in school history.
