A quorum of the City Council may attend. If a quorum is present, this will be considered
an open,public meeting during the time a quorum is present. However, as a
governmental body, the City Council will not vote, order, decide, deliberate, or otherwise
take any Council action on any items discussed.

1. 23-0713 a. Proclamation declaring April 2023 as, "Child Abuse Prevention Month".
b. Commendation recognizing Jose Marroquin as a distinguished small
business owner of 42 years.
c. Commendation recognizing AmeriCorps Senior Companion Program
volunteers for their continued service.
d. Swearing-In Ceremony for Newly Appointed Board, Commission,
Committee and Corporation Members.
