Motion approving a supply agreement for dumpster route service in
aocordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0012-91 with Corpus f~lristi
Disposal Service, Inc., Corpus Christi, Texas based on low bid for an
estimated annual expenditure of $45,173.28. The term of the contract
shall be for twelve months with an option to extend for up to an
additional twelve months subject to the approval of the supplier and the
City Manager or his designee. The contract will be administered by the
Solid Waste Services Department and utilized by various City facilities.
Funds have been budgeted for FY 90-91.
